Hence, all our products are covered by a 12 month warranty and a replacement in case of any major fault. Pro Football Group tries to make shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible for the customers. Therefore, we provide the option to place an order over telephone as well. Simply call us on 1300 800 PFG (734) and our friendly team members will take your order. To protect our Customers from any potential fraud, we do not accept any payments over the phone. Once our staff has entered your order, we will send you an invoice by email for you to make payment for your order. We offer multiple payment options.
We try to deliver the products as soon as possible however if you wish to speed up the process just let us know. Contact us at support@profootballgroup.com.au and tell us your desired date of delivery. Please note additional administration and shipping charges may apply for express delivery and request must be submitted before the order is sent to the warehouse for fulfilment.
If your order contains a pre-order item, we will process and dispatch it only once all items in the order are available. If you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders—one for in-stock items and another for pre-order items—to avoid delays. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
Pro Football Group offers multiple payment options. Payments can be made through PayPal or via Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). We also accept Afterpay and ZipPay.
There is no minimum order requirement at Pro Football Group.

We understand that plans can change. While all orders are final by default, we do assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Here’s what you need to know:

1: What if I cancel before my order is shipped?
You may cancel before your order is booked for shipment. A cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs:

  • 5% for card payments
  • 10% for Buy Now, Pay Later methods (e.g. AfterPay, Zip Pay)

Shipping fees are fully refunded.

Your refund = Order total – Cancellation fee.

Alternatively, you can request store credit (valid for 12 months) for the full order amount.

2: What if I cancel after my order has shipped?
An order cancellation fee applies:

  • 10% for Buy Now, Pay Later payments
  • 5% for other payment methods
  • 5% restocking fee applies
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the parcel has already been picked up by the courier, the order cannot be intercepted. You can return the item at your own cost. All returns are subject to inspection to ensure the product is in its original, resaleable condition.

Your refund = Order total – Cancellation fee – Restocking fee – Original shipping cost.

Alternatively, you can opt for Store Credit (valid for 12 months) for the total order amount minus shipping fee and  restocking fee.

Delivery

Pro Football Group is delighted to offer exciting discounts on bulk purchase. We can put together a custom training pack for you as per your requirements or you could select the training gear and get in touch with us to avail discounts. Send us an email at sales@profootballgroup.com.au along with the details of the products you want to order and we will get back to you immediately with a quote.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 5 to 10 working days. We email you a Tracking Number when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can use the Tracking Number to check your order status by visiting our track my order page. If you have any other queries please feel free to get in touch with us at support@profootballgroup.com.au. Note: Dispatch time may increase during peak time like Christmas/Boxing Day, Black Friday Cyber Monday, etc. Delivery to regional towns may take longer than 10 working days. Deliveries may also be impacted by events like floods, bush fires, etc.

Pro Football Group offers cheapest and fastest delivery through our trusted carriers. The cost of delivery is based upon the weight of the items and the specified shipping destination.

Externally, both types look the same and have the same high-quality plastic tubes, connectors, net, and attachments. The only difference is in assembly:

  • With bungee: The crossbar and side posts are pre-connected with an elastic cord inside the tubes. This makes assembly quicker and easier—just click the parts together using the locking button.
  • Without bungee: Each part needs to be located and connected individually, which takes a bit more time.

Returns or Exchange

In case you are not happy with the product due to a major fault or if it doesn’t meet the specifications as mentioned on the site, please get in touch with us. Pro Football Group delivers all the products through a selection of trusted carriers and ensures that the products are carefully packed to prevent any damage during transportation. However, if you receive a damaged product kindly get in touch with us immediately. Email us at support@profootballgroup.com.au and we will try our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

This can happen if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, or if no one is available to receive the parcel and the delivery instructions (e.g. calling card) are not followed.

We’ll contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed. Your options are:

  1. Reship the Order
    You can choose to have the order sent again.
    You’ll need to cover:
  • The RTS (return to sender) fee
  • The reshipping cost

  1. Cancel the Order and Request a Refund
    If you’d prefer to cancel the order and receive a refund, the following fees apply:
  • Order Cancellation fee - either 10% fee for Buy Now, Pay Later payments (e.g. AfterPay, Zip Pay), or 5% fee for card or other payment methods
  • 5% restocking fee
  • RTS shipping fee
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable

Your refund = Order total – applicable fees above.

  1. Cancel the Order and Request Store Credit (valid for 12 months)
    If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund, the following fees apply:
  • 5% restocking fee
  • RTS shipping fee
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable

Q: What if I don’t respond in a Return to Sender (RTS) situation?
If a parcel is returned to us without a pre-approved return authorisation (e.g. Return to Sender from our Shipping Partner), we will contact you for your instructions. If we do not hear from you, we’ll send a reminder after 10 business days.
If we don’t hear from you after that, no further follow-ups will be made. The returned stock may be disposed of or resold at our discretion.
