Ordering
We understand that plans can change. While all orders are final by default, we do assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
Here’s what you need to know:
1: What if I cancel before my order is shipped?
You may cancel before your order is booked for shipment. A cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs:
- 5% for card payments
- 10% for Buy Now, Pay Later methods (e.g. AfterPay, Zip Pay)
Shipping fees are fully refunded.
Your refund = Order total – Cancellation fee.
Alternatively, you can request store credit (valid for 12 months) for the full order amount.
2: What if I cancel after my order has shipped?
An order cancellation fee applies:
- 10% for Buy Now, Pay Later payments
- 5% for other payment methods
- 5% restocking fee applies
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the parcel has already been picked up by the courier, the order cannot be intercepted. You can return the item at your own cost. All returns are subject to inspection to ensure the product is in its original, resaleable condition.
Your refund = Order total – Cancellation fee – Restocking fee – Original shipping cost.
Alternatively, you can opt for Store Credit (valid for 12 months) for the total order amount minus shipping fee and restocking fee.
We occasionally run promotions and offer discount codes.
Here’s what you need to know:

Only one discount can be used per order.

Any volume discounts or bundle pricing already applied to products can’t be combined with another discount code.

Discount codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Promotions may change or end without notice.

Delivery
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post but there are size and weight limits.
Australia Post accepts parcels up to 22 kg and 105 cm in length (or a total size limit of 2 m for length + girth). Parcels larger than this can’t be delivered to a PO Box.
Please note that some Post Offices may return parcels if they’re too big for your specific PO Box. If you’re expecting a large order, it’s best to check with your local Post Office first to confirm they can accept it.
What this means for you when you place your order:
If you provide a PO Box address, we’ll process it as a valid delivery address.
Please ensure the parcel you’re ordering does not exceed the limits noted above (weight up to ~22 kg; length no more than ~105 cm; a reasonably compact volume).
If the parcel is large or heavy, consider using a street address or arranging alternative delivery.
If a parcel is returned by Australia Post or your local Post Office due to size or weight issues, extra costs may apply (e.g., re-delivery or return to sender). Please contact us so we can assist.
Products
Externally, both types look the same and have the same high-quality plastic tubes, connectors, net, and attachments. The only difference is in assembly:
- With bungee: The crossbar and side posts are pre-connected with an elastic cord inside the tubes. This makes assembly quicker and easier—just click the parts together using the locking button.
- Without bungee: Each part needs to be located and connected individually, which takes a bit more time.
Returns or Exchange
Use overlay text to give your customers insight into your brand. Select image and text that relates to your style and story.
This can happen if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, or if no one is available to receive the parcel and the delivery instructions (e.g. calling card) are not followed.
We’ll contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed. Your options are:

Reship the Order
You can choose to have the order sent again.
You’ll need to cover:
- The RTS (return to sender) fee

The reshipping cost

Cancel the Order and Request a Refund
If you’d prefer to cancel the order and receive a refund, the following fees apply:
- Order Cancellation fee - either 10% fee for Buy Now, Pay Later payments (e.g. AfterPay, Zip Pay), or 5% fee for card or other payment methods
- 5% restocking fee
- RTS shipping fee
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable
Your refund = Order total – applicable fees above.

If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund, the following fees apply:
- 5% restocking fee
- RTS shipping fee
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable
Q: What if I don’t respond in a Return to Sender (RTS) situation?
If a parcel is returned to us without a pre-approved return authorisation (e.g. Return to Sender from our Shipping Partner), we will contact you for your instructions. If we do not hear from you, we’ll send a reminder after 10 business days.
If we don’t hear from you after that, no further follow-ups will be made. The returned stock may be disposed of or resold at our discretion.
If your purchase was made in-store and you need to submit a warranty claim, we may ask that the product be returned to the store for assessment. If a replacement is approved, the replacement item will be made available for collection in-store.
If you prefer the replacement to be shipped, shipping costs will be at your expense.
