Shipping & Delivery
Pro Football Group offers cheapest and fastest delivery through our trusted carriers. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy and your shipping destination, so will vary from order to order.
DISPATCH & SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. We ship Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. We do not offer same day delivery. Delivery time frames typically range from 2-10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. For regional/remote areas, delivery may take more than 10 working days. Deliveries may also be impacted by events like floods, bush fires, etc.
If your order includes items on back order (generally labelled as PRE ORDER), then the entire order will be shipped together once the stock arrives unless otherwise requested, in which case we will split your order and ship it in parts. Please note you may be required to pay additional shipping in this scenario.
Please note that all shipping time frames are estimates and even if you’ve got a specific shipping time slot there may be occasions where your order is delayed.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and it’s on its way over to you, you’ll receive an email update including full tracking details so you can check the progress on the relevant courier’s website.
Unfortunately, courier delays are out of our control, and we cannot be held liable for packages that weren't delivered by an estimated date. As a first step, please check the tracking page on the courier’s website as there may be some explanation on the website.
If there is a delay in the package delivery, please contact the courier service directly for the latest information. If you contact us to enquire about any delivery delays, we can also contact raise a ticket with the courier company on your behalf.
DELIVERY
Many of our couriers do require a signature to successfully deliver your order, which is why we recommend having your items delivered to a place where you know someone will be in to receive them - whether that’s at your home address, with a trustworthy neighbour or to your place of work. If your package is sent back to us for whatever reason, you will be recharged a re-shipping fee.
WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Pro Football Group does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small opportunity to change your order and shipping details. If you need to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@profootballgroup.com.au as soon as you place your order.
We will do our best to make the change, however, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. Please note, additional charges may apply for any changes to the order after it has been submitted online.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders outside our Support Hours (9am-5pm Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
PACKAGE RETURNS
If your package is not delivered successfully, it will be tagged as “Returned to Sender” and will be sent back to Pro Football Group. This can happen if:
• The shipping address does not exist.
• The shipping address is misspelled.
• The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
• The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package. • The addressee has moved.
• The addressee has refused the package.
• The addressee has failed to collect package after a missed delivery attempt.
Returned to sender packages will be charged a return handling fee (typically $10) and return postage cost (dependent on the size, weight and location of the items being returned to us). We will contact you to discuss the situation but please note additional charges will apply to re-ship the returned package to you.
