Shipping & Delivery

 

Pro Football Group offers cheapest and fastest delivery through our trusted carriers. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy and your shipping destination, so will vary from product to product. The full range of delivery options and costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart at checkout before you proceed with payment.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do not ship orders the same day. Delivery time frames typically range from 5-10 working days depending on your location. For regional/remote areas, delivery may take more than 10 working days. Deliveries may also be impacted by events like floods, bush fires, etc.

If your order includes a items on back order, then the entire order will be shipped together once the stock arrives unless otherwise requested, in which case we will split your order and ship it in parts. Please note you may be required to pay additional shipping in this scenario.

Please note that all shipping time frames are estimates and even if you’ve got a specific shipping time slot there may be occasions where your order is delayed. Unfortunately courier delays are out of our control and we cannot be held liable for packages that weren't delivered by an estimated date. Using the tracking number provided in your order dispatch email is always a good first port of call as there may be some explanation on the courier’s website.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and it’s on its way over to you, you’ll receive an email update including full tracking details so you can check the progress on the relevant courier’s website. You can also do this by quickly logging in to your account on our website or by visiting our track my order page.  

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier service directly for more information. 

DELIVERY

Many of our couriers do require a signature to successfully deliver your order, which is why we recommend having your items delivered to a place where you know someone will be in to receive them - whether that’s at your home address, with a trust worthy neighbour or to your place of work.

If your package is sent back to us for whatever reason, you will be recharged a re-shipping fee.
 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly. Incomplete addresses will result in delay in dispatching your order, so please ensure that you check your order's shipping address before and after placing your order.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small opportunity to change your order and shipping details. If you need to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@profootballgroup.com.au as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

Please note, additional charges may apply for any changes to the order after it has been submitted online.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders outside our Support Hours or once they are submitted to the warehouse (all orders submitted after 7:45am are submitted to the warehouse the following day). To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Pro Football Group does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

PACKAGE RETURNS

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Pro Football Group, your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:

  • The shipping address does not exist
  • The shipping address is misspelled
  • The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
  • The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
  • The addressee has moved
  • The addressee has refused the package
  • The addressee has failed to collect package

Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be charged a return handling fee (typically $10) and return postage cost (dependent on the size, weight and location of the items being returned to us). You will also need to pay re-shipping costs to reship the returned package to you.

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

Please be aware that Pro Football Group is not liable for customs and clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. 

Our prices on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country. 

These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
