Service Updates

At Pro Football Group, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and on time. However, certain external factors may occasionally impact our service. This page provides the latest updates regarding any delays in dispatch or delivery.

Potential Causes of Delays

  • Public Holidays: During national and regional holidays, our warehouse and courier partners may operate with reduced hours. This can impact both dispatch and delivery timelines.
  • Severe Weather Conditions: Events such as bushfires, flooding, storms, or extreme heat may lead to transit delays, especially in affected regions.
  • Natural Disasters or Emergencies: Situations like earthquakes, road closures, or state emergencies can cause temporary disruptions in logistics networks.
  • Unexpected Operational Issues: Technical problems, high-volume periods, or staffing shortages may occasionally result in processing delays.
12 March 2026: QLD Delivery Updates – Weather Impact

We are aware that several regions in Queensland are currently experiencing severe flooding. Our thoughts are with the communities affected, and we hope everyone stays safe during this difficult time.

Due to flooded roads and transport disruptions in parts of Queensland, courier networks across Australia are experiencing some delays. This may impact the transit time for certain deliveries, particularly those travelling to or through affected regions.

Orders are continuing to be dispatched from our warehouse as normal, however some deliveries may take longer than usual while courier companies work through weather-related disruptions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while transport networks return to normal operations.

We are currently monitoring extreme weather events across parts of Australia, which may impact deliveries to some regions. While our warehouse operations remain unaffected, safety-related disruptions implemented by courier networks may result in delays to orders destined for affected areas.

Current Areas of Impact:

Victoria – Bushfires

Active bushfires across parts of regional Victoria, particularly in north-east, central and western districts, have resulted in road closures and restricted access in some communities. Deliveries to these areas may experience delays or temporary suspensions while conditions remain unsafe.

Victoria – South-West Flooding

Heavy rainfall and flash flooding in south-west Victoria, including parts of the Great Ocean Road and surrounding river catchments, have disrupted transport routes and local infrastructure. This may impact delivery timeframes to affected regional locations until roads are fully accessible.

Queensland – Storms & Flooding

Ongoing storm activity and flooding linked to recent tropical weather systems continue to affect parts of Queensland. Some regional transport corridors remain impacted, which may result in longer than usual delivery times.

Our delivery partners — Australia Post, Toll Group and CouriersPlease — are prioritising the safety of local communities and delivery staff. Services will resume or normalise as soon as it is safe to do so.

If your order is travelling to an affected area, we recommend checking your tracking link for the most up-to-date information. Our customer support team is also available should you require assistance.

Our thoughts are with the communities, families, emergency services and volunteers impacted by these events. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Severe storms and flooding in NSW are causing transport issues, power outages, and evacuation orders in some areas. Emergency services are responding, and conditions may continue to affect the region.

Shipping delays are expected, especially in affected areas. We’re working with our delivery partners to get your orders to you as safely and quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.

Severe flooding across New South Wales, including the Central Coast region, has led to significant disruptions in transportation and delivery services.

Given the current conditions, customers in the Central Coast NSW area may experience delays in order delivery. While specific timeframes may vary, delays of several days are possible as services work to resume normal operations.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please contact our customer service team.
