Returns and Exchange

Pro Football Group provides a 12-month structural warranty on all products, with a 6-month warranty for wear-and-tear items like nets, bags, balls, etc. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 28 days of delivery, but refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases. Customers must cover return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items with major faults that cannot be repaired may be exchanged or credited.
